Good Shepherd United Methodist Church is a phenomenally successful United Methodist Church in the ever-growing area of South Charlotte. Like most new and thriving churches, they quickly outgrew their first two buildings. With a minimal budget and significant needs, the church selected Garner & Brown Architects to evaluate their current facilities and to design a new worship center, seating 800, with an educational wing. The design response was a straightforward building reflecting design elements of the original, adjacent building, while meeting budget constraints. The worship space is very flexible.
